Jumper's Knee
Jumper's knee or patella tendinopathy, is seen in athletes who are repeatedly jumping and performing quick changes in directions in their sports. The soreness is usually on the patella tendon, specifically where it connects to the knee-cap.
Treatment should include a patella knee strap and consultation with your physiotherapist, if you do not have a physiotherapist we can recommend some of the best in your area.
